Recommended Travel Dates:
The couple will be in Puerto Vallarta January 22nd to 28th. Guests should plan to arrive on or before January 23rd for the wedding. For guests invited to the rehearsal dinner, please arrive on January 22nd. We recommend all guests depart on January 26th or later.

Transportation from the Airport to your Hotel:
We recommend taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Ubers are available, however, the pickup area is a bit of a walk from the airport due to an ongoing feud with the taxis. Ubers are readily available throughout Puerto Vallarta though.
To hail a taxi, follow signs through the airport towards baggage claim and ground transportation. Before exiting the airport, there are taxi counters where you can purchase a taxi ride to the hotel. From there, you can proceed outside. Look for your taxi company attendants on the curb who will help you get into a cab.
Alternatively, you can proceed directly outside and purchase a taxi ride from the attendants on the curb.
Accommodations
The couple will be staying at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta from January 22nd to 28th in the Club Tower.
We warmly invite everyone to stay with us for as long as you feel comfortable. If you can’t stay long, we recommend staying at minimum January 23rd to the 25th.

Family-friendly all-inclusive resort and spa.
We highly encourage everyone to stay at the same hotel to maximize our time together. We have reserved a limited number of reduced-rate rooms as apart of our wedding block. If staying with the wedding block, you must stay January 23rd to 26th, at minimum. Reduced rates are guaranteed 1 day before and after these dates if you would like to extend your stay. Longer extensions are possible but added dates are not guaranteed at reduced prices and are subject to hotel availability.
It is very important to mention that January is a month of high demand so please book early to ensure availability!

Luxurious 473 sq. ft. suites with views of the Pacific Ocean. Your in-suite mini bar with soft drinks, beer and snacks is restocked daily. Opulent bathrooms feature a rainfall shower, plush robes, and a magnified mirror.
Only 30 of these rooms have been reserved with the room block for Jan 23-26.

Club Tower - King Bed or Double Bed
Elegant 704 sq. ft. suites with private balcony and splendid views of the Pacific Ocean. Club suites feature private check-in and check-out, access to the Hyatt Club Level Lounge and in-suite perks.
No rooms are reserved in the club tower with the room block, however you may upgrade if desired by emailing our Hotel Concierges. Subject to availability.

Absolutely! However, reduced room rates a eonly guaranteed for Jan 22-27. Additionally, it is subject to hotel room availability. So the SOONER you book, the more likely you won’t run into a problem. Here’s how. Click on the “Book Now” link, reserve your room category of choice for January 23-26. Then email one of our two Hotel Concierges: Antonio or Alejandro citing Kimmi & Brendan Wedding, your confirmation number and the dates that you actually want to book. They will email you back a confirmation shortly.

There may be occasional deals online that are cheaper than our room block, but those are usually in short supply.

While we strongly encourage everyone to stay at the Hyatt Ziva with us, you are welcome to stay somewhere else though you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue.

To complete the room reservation a credit card will be required, however, this is just a step to complete the reservation procedure since nothing is charged to the credit card. The full balance of each room reservation will be collected thirty (30) days before the first night of the Room Night Commitment. Should payment not be able to be processed, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
